Anyone have any cheap fixes for drafty windows?

- I'm a daughter, a sister, a wife, an aunt of many, and a mother of three. I am unashamedly religious, a Christian, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. New weatherstripping? In our old house, it was the doors that let those nasty drafts in.
we have always rolled towels and put them around all the windows. it ruins the towels from the constant direct sunlight, but it made a difference.
